As the feast began, the king entertained the guests with his witty jokes and funny stories, earning him even more admiration from his people. CHAPTER 4: THE ROYAL PET King Rupert had a penchant for collecting exotic animals as pets. His palace was filled with all kinds of creatures, from parrots that could mimic his every word to monkeys that performed tricks for his amusement.
